Potential Energy explores self-development through rebirth—the tension between who we were and who we are becoming. The old self and the new self exist in opposition, building friction and energy until they ultimately converge.

Inspired by nuclear fusion, the concept focuses on the moment before atoms collide, when immense potential exists within their separation . On their own neither of these entities are strong enough to make a significant change. Together, they have the opportunity to recreate their reality. One of these energies is more stagnant, represented by the tight fit of her clothing as well as darker colors and more restrained posing. She resists the change of the other energy; free flowing, bright, and dynamic. 

The set reflects the idea that with one move everything in the current reality will be destroyed. While one energy makes herself small and tense to avoid the blaze, the other invites the opportunity to recreate. After continually creating tension between the two, they are finally united. One becoming a protective veil for the other as they move together toward a reality they will forge together.
